He married Luella Yoder in 1943 in Kalona. He died in 1933. She married Albert Woodyatt in 1947 in Alton, Ill. He died in 1971. She was a member of Rock, Island Arsenal 15- Year Club; NARFE Group Chapter 0338; American Association of Retired Persons; Moline Ladies of the Elk, and First Christian Church, Moline. Survivors include daughters, Mrs.

Herbert Poitz, Houston, Texas, and Mrs. George (Phyllis) Hudson, Rock Island; a granddaughter, and a niece and nephew. Stella Williams Stella Fuller Williams, 89, formerly of Rock Island, died Thursday in Albia, Iowa. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Wheelan Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Rock Island. Visitation is 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Stella Hill married Frank Fuller. He died in 1935.

She married Milford Williams. He died in 1963. She was a life resident of Rock Island, moving to Albia in the past year. Survivors include daughters, Ruth Jager, Davenport; Theda Pearson, Moline, and Mary Miller, with whom she had been residing; sons, Frank, Richard and Harold Fuller, all of Rock Island; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren, and a brother, Frank Hill, Green Rock. Mrs. Brashears was a seamstress. Florence Cook married James Brashears in 1950 in Rock Island. He died in 1964. Survivors include nieces and nephews.

Moline Erling Foss Services. for Erling C. Foss, 60, Council Bluffs, Iowa, formerly of Moline, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Esterdahl Mortuary, Moline. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal.

Visitation is 7 to 9 p.m. today. Memorials may be made to Riverside Retreat, Rock Island. Mr. Foss died Tuesday at his home.

He was a tool and die maker for 32 years at the Rock Island Arsenal. He married Ruby McKee. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife: sons, John E. Carbon Cliff, and Mike, Joslin, seven grandchildren; a sister, Carri Talent, Silvis, and a brother, Nels, Minneapolis, Minn.

Russell K. Paxson, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, which occurred about 11 p.m. just east of Motorcycle Road, authorities said. David Perry, 36, of Orion, the driver of the vehicle that collided with the Paxson ve- Pickets let IH resume work The work force at International Harvester's East Moline plant was "nearly normal" by second shift Thursday afternoon after 32 food service workers agreed to remove picket lines set up earlier in the day, a company spokesman said. Assembly lines at the plant were shut down early Thursday when many of the 3,700 production and maintenance workers refused to cross pickets lines set up by members of Local 1277, United Auto Workers.

The local went on strike at midnight Wednesday when its contract expired with Canteen East Moline. International Harvester contracts with Canteen to provide food service for plant employees, but does not have a labor contract hicle, and his wife, Lorra, 36, were listed in fair condition late Thursday at Franciscan Hospital, Rock Island, with cuts. A spokesman for the Rock Island County sheriff's department said Paxson apparently attempted to pass about four cars on a hill in a no passing zone, and did not return to the right lane in time to avoid a head-on collision with the Perry vehicle. The driver of a third hicle was unable to stop before hitting the wreckage, the spokesman said, but the occupants of that car were not injured. Services for Mr.

Paxson will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Wright Funeral Home, Geneseo. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Geneseo. The family will receive friends this evening at their home, 535 E. Pearl Geneseo.

He was employed at Sears Manufacturing Davenport. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Geneseo. Survivors include parents, Mr. and Mrs. Orval A.
