Jasper Young, 81, 511 Oak died Monday night at the local hospital. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by the 0'Neil Funeral Home. James Sizemore Sr. James Sizemore, 45, Rt. 2, Lily, died at 8:30 p.m.

Sunday at the local hospital. He is survived by'his wife, Mrs. Stella Sizemore; five daughters, Miss Frances Sizemore, Linda Sizemore, Catherine Sizemore, Barbara Sizemore, and Glenda Sizemore, Lily; four sons, R.J. Estep, Cincinnati; Robert S. Sizemore and Frank E.

Sizemore, Highland Heights, and James S. Sizemore, Lily; five grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Aura Sizemore, Newport and Mrs. Mitty Sizemore, Sand Hill; three brothers, Thelmer Sizemore, Lily; Willie Sizemore and Roy Sizemore, Newport. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

The body will be taken to the Brittain Funeral Home in Manchester at 3 p.m. today by the Vankirk Funeral Home. Bascom Cecil Bascom Cecil; 66, Wyandotte, died at 10:20 p.m. Thursday in the Wyandotte General Hospital. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs.

Charlene Rowan, Lincoln Park, three sons, Ed- ward Cecil, Seattle, Delbert Cecil, Dearborn Heights, and Arvil Cecil, and 11 grandchildren. Funeral services were con- ducted at 10 a.m. Monday at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Alfred Jones. Burial was in the Jellico Creek Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today. Alex L. Frost, 72, Tazewell, formerly of this area, died at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Claibourne Nursing Home in Tazewell, Tenn.

Duke Of Windsor English Duke Dies By RODNEY PINDER Associated Press Writer LONDON (AP) Bucking- ham Palace announced today that the Trooping of the Color in honor of the queen's official birthday Saturday, one of Lon- don's major tourist attractions during June, will not be can- celed because of mourning for the Duke of Windsor. Instead, the palace said, Queen Elizabeth II decided "that a tribute should be paid in London and that the Household Troops which he served should have the opportunity of paying their last respects to him on parade." Just before the queen rides out to the parade ground to take the salute, the pipes and drums of the guards will take a special position. There will be a roll of drums followed by a minute's silence timed by the toll of Big Ben, Then there will be another drum roll and the pipers will pipe a lament. Flags and drums wUl be swathed in black. Of- ficers will wear mourning arm- bands.
