Joy visited Charlotte Tyler of Kosciusko one day recently. About 50 people attended "open house" at the Masonic Lodge in French Camp during the holidays and enjoyed it tremendously. Guests with Joy Peacock during the holidays have been Nancy Smith of this area, Ted Smith of Pearl, Jason and Kelli Baxter and Natasha of Pass Christian, James Dixon and Donnie and Cheryl Jennings, all of Clarksdale, Dennis and Shannon Peacock of Baltimore, Hardy and Sandra Peacock of Carrolton, Jan Peacock of Pelahatchie, Evan and Janet Peacock of Starkville, and from this area, the families of Glyn, Robert, Bennie and Andy Peacock. Glyn and his family spent several days in New Orleans last week with Wesley and Gayle Switzer. Joy Peacock visited Brad and Audrey Willis in the nursing home in Grenada one day recently.

1 Visiting Jerome and Cheryl Woodson have been Brad Woodson and sons, Jonathan and Jacob, and Kenny and Donna Woodson, Sarah and Katelyn. Jerome and Cheryl are the proud grandparents of another grandson, Dallas Wade Sheffield of Hurley. Congratulations! Relatives of Pat Thomas visited her and Tony one day during Christmas Louise Easley, Billy and Peggy Ray, Mike and Rhonda Ray, Lyn and Sharon McCormick, Megan and Makayla, all of Calhoun City, David Perry of Sturgis and Kevin and Trade Box, of this area. Steve and Cyndy Jones, Brandi and Kelly, of Dallas spent part of last week with her mother, Toni Thomas. Tiffany Clark and her friend, Keith Ballard, both of Starkville, visited her parents, Eddie and Debbie Clark, on Saturday night.

Pauline Thrailkill spent Christmas Pay with Billy and Denise McClurg and children of Poplar Creek and had lunch with Pete and Donnis Thrailk- til on the 26th. Guests with her have been Steve and Linda Burgess and Courtney of Greenwood and J.L. and Marlene Armstrong and Buster of this area.

J.L. Armstrong spent several days I in the hospital in Kilmichael last week I tut is home now and doing well. I Joy ce McGlothin is a patient in the Baptist Hospital in Jackson at this time. She suffered a stroke during the holidays and the doctors and her Jamily are hopeful of much improve- merit. Prayers for her would be greatly appreciated by her family.

Although Mr. Park-1 yrson had difficulty in speaking to all i his relatives, he was very alert and 'glad! to see everyone. Two of his sisters, Zuma Johnson of Jackson and Alma Brantley of Indianola, both on up in years, were present for the festivities, also. John and Gen Pee, Andrea and Stephanie, of Angleton, Texas, are toere for several days with his parents, Johnnie and Marie Pee. Marie, along with-her mother and two sisters of attended the funeral of her jaunt in Greenville on Saturday.

I Ed and Eulie Bailey spent part of rchristmas Day with her sister and her 'family Troy and Myra Mitchell, 'Amanda and Nicole, of Winona. "Joining them there were other family 1 members Hilda Edwards, also of Winona; Clannis and Christi Braswell and Samantha Cordell of Greenville; Junior and Christy Kirk, Hayden, Paisley and Calley of Duck Hill; Ralph and Bonnie Edwards, Ben and Will, of Purvis; and Catrice Gordon Peyton of Sidon. Ed and Eulie drove on to Greenville that afternoon to see his children and their families Tim and Becky Hovas, Amy and Kelly; Eric and Penny Naron and 'Marly; Cindy McDonald and Ian; and Louise Hovas. Bernice Parkerson had her chil Joanne Thomas. Melba Curtis had her children home on Christmas Day Everett and Pat of Weir, David and Donna Reed and sons of Jackson, and from this area, Brandi Carroll and Blakley, Brad Curtis and Monica and son, Kenny, and Mike and Pam Curtis, Michael and Melanie.

Melba spent several days in Jackson over the holidays with her daughter, Donna Reed and family. Michael Davis and Nedra Henderson were married on Dec. 28 at Beth-saida Baptist Church. Rev. Gary Jackson performed the ceremony.

He and his wife, Dianne, delivered the charges to Michael and Nedra. Although it is a little unusual, many commented on how touching it was to have a lady present the charge to the bride. As usual, Rev. Jackson conducted a most beautiful ceremony. Sally Stewart recently held her annual luncheon for some senior adults from Highland Baptist Church in Jackson, where she was once a member.

They were: Ann Parker, Clayton Grimes, Lois Griffin, Mildred Smith, Jean Snow, Ann Albright, David and Iva Sanson, Milton and Helen Ferrell, Troy and Gladys Green, Lorelle Ross, M.E. Finch, Zelma Evans, Mildred Pritchard, Emma Jean Wiggs, Kathleen Edwards, Zella Phillips, Willis Black, Mary Nell McClellan and Gene va Andress. Other recent guests with her have been Robert and Ida Salley of Byram, Ann Deininger and Elisabeth, of Jackson, and Bob, Jan, Emily, Bo and Grady Henderson of this area. Visiting Harold and Orene Love over the weekend were Roy and Patsy Hawkins and Jenny of Columbus, Mike and Jerene Parker and Michaela and Jim Wood of Ackerman and Mr. and Mrs.
