With this de luxe broiled strip sirloin steak, we served broiled new potatoes with butter and minced fresh parsley, canned baby peas, heated French bread. Try putting a little of the pan gravy on a hot slice of that crisp bread. Wonderful! Dessert? How about fresh pears with cheese or grapes?
