Murray Files Suit Against Sinclair Oil and Gas Company At ONE OF SERIES OF SUITS Case Is One of Many Which Have Been Placed Oil Companies Here Against The Sinclair Oil and Gas company ct al has ben sued for total of by W. The suit is another one of the series which have been filed against the oil and gas companies operating in te field and this suit is against practically every company that has ever operated in this field. Started In 1925 The polution of Black Bear creek stream and damage to Murray's property, he contends in his petition, has been going on since September 1925. Frequently since that date, he -charges during rains, the Black Bear has overflowed flooding his land and damaging the trees and land. He is asking in his first item a to; tal of $10,000 on the grounds that his farm has been diminished in value to this extent.
