Pwcinct No. 1 of Ward No. 2 shall comprise oil territory west of Eighth to the city limits, and between and streets and the place of holding the election for said precinct will be the Central high school building Precinct No.

2 of this war shall comprise all territory west of Eighth street, to the city limits, and south of street, and the place of election for the precinct shall be at W. R- Fry's garage, 924 street.
