Colchester Woman Takes "Big Is D4 By Lou Edman Rita Randazzo of Colchester took a big loss, but it's the kind a lot of others wouldn't mind taking, either. In five and a half months, Rita went from 213 pounds to her present 118 which looks good on her 5 foot 8 nch frame. Like a smoker who quit, she can remember the exact date when she hit that 213 pounds.

No Hunger Pangs What did the trick was a diet food called NaturSlim, used twice a day in the form of milk shakes.

The program requires no meetings to attend, no exercises, no drugs or shots and, best of all for titose who follow it, no hunger pangs. Various flavors can be ad-- ded to lend variety. Rita says she is a chocolate nut, and enjoys using low- fat chocolate milk her shakes. The unusual part of the diet is the main meal of the day.
