to Supt Pfost was elected treasurer of the board of education of District 15 at a special meeting of school board members in the high school last night The position was for merly held by Russell Doss county treasurer Jack Thompson board member was elected clerk of the board to succeed Miss Stovall who was clerk during the last school year A committee of Superintendent Pfost and Mott board mem ber was appointed to negotiate with an automobile stunt man on a proposed stunt show to be present ed on the high school athletic field within the next three weeks Plans were made to put the high school lawn in condition for the opening of school Sept 6 The bid of A Hunt to do the sanitary work in the schools of District 15 during the next school year was approved and accepted The school bus commit tee of Pfost and Charles Landreth another board member reported but the work was not completed An other meeting of the board mem bers is planned for tonight for that purpose Scout Camp Opens Approximately 25 Boy Scouts are in camp at Cave Springs today it was announced by members of the executive committee whose efforts have made the camp possible for the Scouts of the Northern Otta wa county district The camp is un der the direction of George Karch of Bartlesville who was in charge of the camp last year Court of honor will be conducted by Mr Karch next Tuesday night and camp will
