Roast Beef Restaurant Opens Unit in Van Nuys The fifth of an estimated 55 Rogers Roast Beef Sandwich Restaiirants to be constructed in the Southland over a five-year period by Bob's Big Boy Inc. recently opened on Van Nuys Blvd. north of Vanowen St. A division of the Marriott the rapidly expanding Roy Rogers Roast Beef Sandwich operation has, at present, a total of 56 completed units across the United States, with an additional 39 under construction.
