The Black Panther Party filed a tiOO million suit yesterday against the FBI, CIA, Army intelligence, the Treasury and the U.S. Postal Service, charging its officials with trying to destroy the partv since 1967 "Through this lawsuit we intend to bring an end to a long, national nightmare, exposing that the most extreme and violent actions were employed by high gov- i ernment officials against citizens of this Elaine Brown, who chairs the Black Panthers.
