LaVally will substitute for Mendenhall, president of the chamber, who is unable to attend due to a previous commitment. Special guests will be Steve Foote, past state commander of the American Legion; Lucille Caney, past state auxiliary president, and Ed M. Washigton 20th District commander of the Legion.
