Prosecution Rests inTrial of Furrier Stormy grand theft trial of Beverly Hills furrier Albert Teitelbaum was at the point yesterday with the prosecution resting on a contention that the urrier conspired to stage a "fake" robbery last Dec. 27. The State rested Friday as Superior Judge Orlando H. Rhodes refused to drop one of two felony counts against the furrier. The defense will take up its side on Monday before a jury of 11 women and one man.

Three Are Indicted The week's testimony was sparked by assertions that Tel telbaum assertedly helped stage the robbery by conspiring with Clifford Vanderwyst of Paradise Valley, and Claude Wilson of N6rth Hollywood to the robbery. The three were indicted by the County Grand Jury and Vanderwyst, an ex-convict, agreec to turn state's evidence against Teitelbaum and Wilson. Thp latter will come up for trial latei this month. The defense will attempt to prove that the furrier did not conspire to stage the robbery or file a false insurance claim on 231 furs which assertedly were taken from, the salon's vault Claim Confession Vanderwyst testified that when he entered the salon about 5 p.m. on Dec.

27, Teitel baum instructed him on how to tape his mouth and tie him up. He said the furrier gave him a wallet containing $25,000 for helping to stage the robbery. Other state's witnesses claimed that Teitelbaum verbal ly admitted staging the' rob bery. The defense is sparked by Atty. Charles Carr who persistently fought to have the indictment against the furrier quashed.

He maintained that Vanderwyst's testimony was unreliable because of his criminal background.
