Pastor Named For Harmony Baptist Church STEPHENS (Special) Franklin Sheppard of Texarkana has accepted the pastorate, of the Harmony Baptist-Church here. He succeeds the Rev. Cornelius Vuu- rens who is now a student at the Little Rock Baptist Seminary. Dr. Sheppard who is connected with Texarkana Book store was formerly pastor of the Corinth Baptfst Church in the Smart oil field community.
