sof fo, 0fmn 60, 04, 1 '1 i4 I 4 114tsmaskar.401044.- Miami News Staff PIM() by B011 NINCK LOCATION: 1011 NW 66 St. An abandoned house and a pile of palm fronds make a forlorn scene on an otherwise sell kept street. Both cars are junked the one in the carport has four flat tires, the one in front has no engine. In 1973 the ovvner of this house was ordered to demolish the building. Ile requested 90 days to make repairs and the Unsafe Structures Appeal Board agreed.

However, reinspection revealed repairs were Inadequate and the house was not secured. Miami's Zoning and Demolition Department contacted the owner and told him to either bring the building up to standard or demolish it The Miami Police Department has been notified about the abandoned vehicles.
