We like it because it is quick and i uniform flavor. We use three level teaspoons a fine grade of black tea and two cups of water for every two! 16-ounce-gIass servings. Yes, we put the required amount of water on to boil; as soon as the wa-ter boils, we pour it over the tea leaves in a teapot and let it brew exactly five minutes by the clock.

Next We put ice cubes in each glass-; leaving room for dilution give the tea and ice a whirl with a long-handled spoon, and serve at once.
