Eventually, the brother and sister were awarded $468,000 of the estate. Miss Menn was born in Chicago, daughter of Rudolph Menn, a noted surgeon. While living in that city she was president of the Junior Friends of Art, and of the Opera Guild. In her younger years she had been an opera singer. She leaves a cousin Mrs.
