First st. $2975 $1.00 A Week The actual construction cost of a particular house in Metropolitan Miami is the same in any neighborhood. But your homesite and its location make a tremendous difference in the terms you can get to finance home-ownership, the year-to-year cost of owning and maintaining your home, and its actual cash value.

These factors are just as much a part of home-building cost as the architect's fee, the labor and the materials. Consider them carefully before you choose a homesite. It is a fact that home builders in Miami Shores Village enjoy "top rating" in financing their homes, can usually get the maximum loan, and thus need less cash to begin construction.
