Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Apostolic Christian Church, Fairbury, with ministers of the church officiating. Burial will be in Fairbury Apostolic Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 Friday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury, and from 9 to 9:45 a.m.

Saturday at the church. Memorials may be made to Fairview Haven Retirement Community, Fairbury. Louise was born May 27, 1917, in Washington, the daughter of Henry and Matilda Frank Menold. She married Warren Hartman on Sept. 14, 1966, in Peoria.

He died Nov. 1, 2013. Surviving are four children, Linda (Neil) Schmidgall, Morris, Ronald (Caroline) Hartman, orrest; Ann Kachelmuss, Bloomington; and Nora (Mike) Langan, Lakewood; grandchildren; aul (Shawn) Schmidgall, Morris, Beth (D oug) Rinkenberger, Fairbury; Rita (Eric) Eisenmann, Forrest; Mary (Ben) Erholtz, Morris, Lori (Delayne) Stickling, Bloomington; Lisa (Bryan) Tolifson, Millerville, Alan (Danielle) Schmidgall, Morris, Tami Leigh, Pontiac; Ronda Hartman, Hudson; Colene (Ed) Smith, LaPlata, Warren Hartman, Normal; Craig (Tami) Kachelmuss, Heyworth; Ryan (Haley) Kachelmuss, McLean; Aaron Kachelmuss, Bloomington; Katy Langan, Charleston; Cody Langan, Carbondale; and Kary Langan, Lakewood; 29 great- grandchildren; two great- great-grandchildren; sister, Tillie Nussbaum, Bloomington; brothers- in-law, Wayne (Charlotte) Hartman, Racine, and Donald (Jo) Hartman, Bloomington; sisters-in- law, Gladys (Don) Memler, Downers Grove; Betty Hibner, Naperville; and Pat Hartman, Fairbury. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, two sisters and one great-granddaughter. She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church in Fairbury.

Raymond Holzhauer DWIGHT Raymond E. Holzhauer, 76, of Dwight, died on Monday (June 16, 2014) in the Intensive Care Unit of the Morris Hospital, Morris, with his family by his bedside. Per wishes, there will not be a funeral service.

A party for family and friends elebrating life will be scheduled at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded. Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home, Pontiac, is in charge of this service. Ray was born in the Livingston County, Owego Township, country home of his parents on A pril 28, 1938. He was the son of Raymond L.

and Margaret Leutze Holzhauer. He married Shirley Wilkey Jamieson on July 12, 1975, in Dwight. Surviving are his wife, Shirley; one daughter, Bonnie (Rick) Kelly of Dwight; two sons, Raymond Virgil (Chris) Holzhauer of Streator, and Ronald (Erin) Holzhauer of Dwight; one stepson, R.J. (LaDonna) Jamieson of Albuquerque, N.M. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Rhea Ann Kelly, Cassie Kelly, Michael Ann Kelly, Kirstin Holzhauer, Bryan Holzhauer, Cheyenne Holzhauer, Ed White, Joshua White, Krystal Browning, Mark Jamieson, Bridgette Jamieson-Hill and Kyle Himes; and two great- grandchildren, Jadin and Jonny Browning.

He is also survived by his sister, Mary Cruise, and his sister-in- law and brother-in-law, Billie and Alan Dillon. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant brother; a daughter, Debra White; brothers- in-law, James W. Wilkey Jr. and John Cruise; and a grandson, Raymond J. Holzhauer.

Ray attended school in Owego Township, Cornell and Dwight. He graduated from Dwight Township High School with the Class of 1956. Ray started working at Caterpillar in Joliet in June 1956. He retired from Cat as a metal working specialist in January 1987. Aft er retiring, he worked for local farmers during the spring and fall and during the summer months he worked for the Dwight school districts.

In December 1998, he sustained a spinal cord injury as a result of a fall and had been in poor health since that time. Ray was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose since 1966 and a member of the Dwight Danish Brotherhood in America Lodge since 1976. He enjoyed reading, playing cards, and watching elevision, especially the Cubs games. He enjoyed bowling, fishing and hunting up until the time of his accident. He will be missed by his loving wife, his children, grandchildren, and friends.

Beverly Trimble LeROY Beverly J. Trimble, 77, of LeRoy, passed away at 10:20 Tuesday (June 17, 2014) at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal.

Her funeral will be at noon Friday at Calvert- Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home, LeRoy, with the Rev. Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will be at Dawson Cemetery, Ellsworth. isitation will be from 11 a to noon Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, LeRoy.

Beverly was born Dec. 17, 1936, in McLean, a daughter of Glenn L. and Myrtle Elizabeth Hardesty Evans. She married Denzel Lee Trimble on May 16, 1958, at Ellsworth United Methodist Church. He passed away Sept.

23, 2007. She is survived by a son, Mark Trimble, El Paso; daughter, Julie (Eugene) Rivers, Bloomington; seven grandchildren, Jeremiah Trimble, Lacey Howard, Rachel (Mike) Renfrow, Rebecca Systo, Hannah Probst, Brittany Probst and Kailyn Waldermar; seven great-grandchildren; and brother, Stanley Evans, LeRoy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Denzel Lee Trimble, and her parents. Beverly worked 24 years for General Telephone Bloomington, retiring on May 31, 1990. Beverly was a member of First Baptist Church, LeRoy; Red Hat Society, LeRoy; and Tender Loving Care Group of Bloomington.

Patricia Wade CLINTON Patricia Ann Wade, 82, of Chillicothe, formerly of Clinton, passed away Feb. 6, 2014, in Peoria. A family memory service will be at noon Sunday at her gravesite at Memorial Park Cemetery, Clinton. Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, is in charge of arrangements. Ms.

Wade was born Aug. 3, 1931, in Clinton, a daughter of John and Lucy Jones Herington. She was married. Herington, Warrensburg; a sister, Mary M.

com. Bloom I ngton- orm A Bradley Lesher BLOOMINGTON Bradley E. Lesher, 47, St. Petersburg, passed away suddenly May 2, 2014, at his home. Cremation rites were accorded in Florida.

There will be a farewell celebration of life for Bradley from 11 a.m. to 3 Sunday at One Normal Plaza Park, Normal. All family and friends are invited to join the potluck picnic and joyful sharing. Brad was born March 28, 1967, in Bloomington, the son of Ed and Joyce Barber Lesher. Survivors include his mother and brother, Brian, both of Redford, aunts, Gail (Mar lene Davis) Barber, Southfield, Marilyn (Bill) Becker, Urbana; and Jacque (Larry) Pasko, Springfield; and uncles, Gary (Emily) Lesher and Jim (Debbie) Lesher, both of Bloomington; and many loving cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents and two cousins. Bradley was owner and president of National Merchant Services for many years. He loved boating and the Florida sunshine and beaches. Aaron Peacher NORMAL Aaron Matthew Peacher, 23, of Normal, passed away at 1:20 Saturday (June 14, 2014) in Bloomington. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary and Robert Peacher and Bobbie Mathes. He was a Normal West graduate of the 2009 class. Aaron was a student at Lincoln College, Normal, from 2009 to 2013, and along with his academic pursuits also served as a new student orientation leader, Student Commons staff member and student speaker at the Matriculation Ceremony in 2011. Stephen Jay Schwitters, 74, a Lak eland, resident, passed away Tuesday (June 17, 2014) in Lakeland, due to complications of a stroke.

Born in Normal on Jan. 14, 1940, Steve moved to Lakeland, from Carlock in 1989. He worked for many years as a farmer and truck driver. In his retirement, he enjoyed chair caning. He is survived by his son, Jon Schwitters; daughters, Lisa (Harold) Clark and Carrie (Sami) Pierson Baddoura; and grandchildren, ordan, Shane, Michaela, Caleb and Hannah.

His memorial service will be at 2 Friday at First United Methodist Church, Lakeland, with the Rev. David McEntire officiating. Stoller, 83, of rural Speer, passed away at 10:30 Monday (June 16, 2014) at Apostolic Christian Skylines, Peoria. Emily was born Feb. 2, 1931, in Chillicothe, the daughter of Albert and Luise Aberle Menold. She married Joseph Stoller on March 4, 1951, in Princeville. He survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Gale (Sonia) Stoller and Bruce (Mary) Stoller, both of Princeville, and Brent (Kay) Stoller, Congerville; one daughter, Sandra (Don) Endress, Morton; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Farney, Peoria, and Martha (Nathan) Stoller, Bradford. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Dave, Jacob, Leonard and Alphy Menold; two sisters, Kathryn Farney and Nathalie Feucht; and one great- grandchild, Matea Stoller. One of children has gone home after courageously battling cancer for man years. We thank God for the grace that He gave our loved one to be a beautiful Christian example and spiritual rock for her husband and family, our church and the community. Emily was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church in Princeville, where her funeral will be at 10 a.m.

Friday. Ministers of the church will officiate. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 5 to 8 Thursday at the Apostolic Christian Church Fellowship Hall, Princeville, and from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial will be in the Apostolic Christian Church Cemetery, Princeville.

(AP) The ne Harry Potter-themed area at Universal Orlando Resort is set to open early next month. Universal officials announced Wednesday that the new Harry Potter attraction at Universal Studios Park will open July 8. It will double the size of the Harry Potter landscape in the park and will be tied via the Hogwarts Express train to the original Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Island of Adventure. The new centerpiece ride, Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, will take visitors into Gringotts bank to help retrieve a magical object and recreate a scene from the popular book and movie series. If fans want to see both parks, a two-park ticket is required.

For adults, a two-park ticket for one day costs $136; for children, $130. CHICAGO (AP) A federal judge has dismissed a copyright la wsuit against Lady Gaga filed by a Chicago songwriter who accused her of stealing parts of one of her songs. Rebecca Frances catti filed the suit in District Court in Chicago in 2011, alleging that Lady Gaga had copied music and the title lyric from her 1998 song 2011 song is called Judge Marvin Aspen ruled this week that the songs do not have common lyrics, have different themes and sound nothing alike musically.

The judge also concluded there was not enough vidence that Gaga could have heard or known about Fran song before publishing Aspen write that the songs so utterly dissimilar that reasonable minds could not diff er as to a lack of substantial similarity between Judge tosses copyright lawsuit against Lady Gaga.
