M. Stone Celebrate E50th Anniversary of Marriage. Editors Republican My wife and I celebrated the 50th anniversary of our marriage, or our golden wedding on Wednesday, Nov. 10th. The distance that we were from our relatives and near friends prevented them from meeting with us.

So our dinner party on that day was only my wife and myself, Edwin N. Stone and wife and Miss Edna Baker. Our friends from the Atlantic to the Pacific coast sent us many cards, letters and congratulations. The mails every day for more than a week added something to the list of presents and words of good cheer. In all her' Sickness she had been most tenderly cared for by her brother, Abram and sister Hannah, who were untiring in their devotion to her. The floral offerings at her funeral were many and beautiful and attested the esteem in which she was held.
