'Mappy Days' tops tv; Cosby slips LOS ANGELES(API "Happy Days" and "Laverne and Shirley" and ABC arc on top of the ratings again, ac- rordlng to the latest A. C. Nielsen Company audience estimates. NBC placed second and CBS ranked third In the ratings for the week ending Oct. 10, the Nielsen firm announced, big loser for the week 's Bill Cosby's new Sunday 'variety show onABC.
