(AP)-Two men from Randolph Air Force Base were killed Tuesday when their T38 jel traiuer crashed and exploded on a ranch 16 miles west of Iliis Central Texas town. Randolph spokesmen at San Antonio said the plane was on a routine training mission when the crash occurred about 1:30 p.m. Norman Brister, on whose ranch the plane crashed, said he watched fly over his home at an altitude of about 100 feet. Brister said he looked away a moment, heard a crash and explosion and turned around to see the plane disintegrate in a huge fireball. He said he could carry the largpst piece of the wreckage in his arms.
