International Good i Coqjjcil Friday morning in the Mexican Consulate Auditorium. The program was presented by Jack Drake, vice president of the 1GNC for the United States, and Glenn Garrett, executive director of the Texas Good Neighbor Commission. One of the high points of the plan was the suggestion of hiring an executive secretary to devote full time to the goals of the Council and to stimulate more interest of the individual citizen and businessmen. The speakers pointed out the $10 annual individual membership dues would be supplemented by $100 life membership and pledges to a sustaining fund which woulc permit a $10,000 annual operating budget for the council.

John Lawson, chairman of the San Antonio Chapter 1GNC presided over the meeting.
