Monday Evening, Feb. 13, 1922 THE L'ANCASTER DAILY EAGLE AGED LADY Passed Away Sunday at the Home of Daughter in Bremen Funeral and Burial Services Will Be Held Wednesday Morning. Mrs. Sarah Henricks passed away Sunday morning at three, o'clock at her home in Bremen, Ohio. Mrs Henrick, who was past 80 years of age, fell several weeks ago and fractured her hip, which was thought to have caused her death, owing to her advanced age.

She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Beery and two grand children at whose home Mrs. Henricks passed away. Her husband, one son and one daughter preceded her in death. A brother, Mr.

Fred Mercile of near Brement also survives. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock at the Church of the Brethren with Rev. Hatton and Rev. Bagwell officiating. -Burial will take place in Grandview cemetery B.

I. S. Troop No. 10 of Lancaster pulled the surprise in the Scout world by winning the outdoor rally on last Saturday and carrying away the Scout statuette. From the very first it was anybody's rally and the events were hotly contested.

One event was called off because of the damp weath er, since it was impossible to make a fire by friction. The most impressive part of the rally was the retreat, at which time "Old Glory" was lowered and the event was closed. Troop No. 10 of the Maple Street United Evangelical Church took first place with a total of 26 points. Troop No.

5 of the Grace Reformed Church came second with 20 points. Troop No. 1 of the Church of Christ came third with 17 points. The different events are as follows: Inspection--Troop 5, first; Troop 10, second; troop 1, third. Semaphore Signalling--Troop 10, first; Troop 1, second; Troop 5, third.

Leaving Scout Headquarters at 12:15 with one hundred and eleven Scouts, the local Scout officials anticipated the finest program ever offered to the Boys' Industrial School, but due to the heavy fall of rain over half of the boys were forced to return, while the remainder made the trip so as not to disappoint the boys at the school. The Scouts were shown over the school by Captain Hastings at the close of their program and saw what the boy life at the school really was. American government is awaiting receipt of further details of the attitude of France toward the proposed economic conference at Genoa before replying to Italy's invitation for American participation.

C. C. Carter for assault in which I was fined $15 and costs. In order that the public may know as to the extent to which Mr. Carter was assaulted by me as brought out by the evidence in court, shown, Mr.

Carter and I had it ditference in our own office, which we own on E. Locust whereby Mr. Carter was asked to cease taking but upon his presistfence to continue I took hold of the lapelle of his coat and forced him out of the front door. Mr. Carter admitted in court that did not hit him at any time nor did I intended to do him any bodily harm just doing what i thought was my privilage to put him out of our office.
