Barracudas Enter State Swim Meet Eighteen members of the Kingsport Barracudas will depart today for Tullahoma and the annual Tennessee Stale Championship Swim Meet which is slated for July 31-August 1. The meet will open Friday with Gov. Frank Clement participating in the opening ceremonies.

More than 350 swimmers representing 20 Tennessee swimming clubs are expected at Tullahoma's Municipal Pool for the two-day event. Diving competition is scheduled for another pool. Heading the list of awards lo be presented at the meet will be the new Governor's Cup, established this year by Gov. Frank Clement. The cup, a revolving trophy will go to the team posting Ihe highest point total In swimming and diving.

Among Ihe 18 Baracudas will be Bely Malay who has two submillcd times for rec- ords in the AAU on short-course pool established in an earlier meet in Johnson City.
