The 30 workers, who are all members of the Ohio Civil Serv ice Employes Association, lost uieir ods June 12. The complaint contends Thom as L. Kovach, administrative assistant for personnel in the Bureau, asked many of the employes to resign before abolish ing their jobs as investigators and examiners. Later, however, other workers were hired under other classifications to perform the same work, the suit said.

The association charged that -uie purpose of the job abolish ment and the hiring of new employes was a subterfuge to avoid compliance with the Ohio civil service laws."
