Representatives Mike Hogan Harry Hollins, and A. J. Lyons and Senator Jesse Knowles are working to staff the school for mentally retarded children, a spokesman for 1 o c a 1 mental health chapter announced Saturday. The school is a joint pilot project of the Southwest Chap- r ? f . tne Louisiana Association for Mental Health'and the Association for Retarded Children. It has been housed in two large rooms made available by the First Methodist Church. The rooms are located in the Children's Building. Chairman of the project has been James J. Cox, Lakp Charles attorney. He has been assisted by board ' members of the Southwest Chap-! ter and a steering committee! composed of Rev. T. V.
