Foster, and its lessee, Colonel James Humphrey, have all united in the effort to make it as handsome, convenient comfortable, and ele gant a hotel as can be fodod in the state of Indiana. The offloe and reading rooms are located on the first floor and are very expensively fitted up in quarter sawed oak, the floor being of marble tiles.
