W. Davis, 19 S. High has asked Common Pleas Court to partition several tracts of land in the Richard Long Subdivision on the west side of Mechanic Street. Named defendants to the action are Charles L. Mickey, 755 Buckeye Gordon E.

Mickey, Bloomington, Harry L. and Donald Mickey, both of 254 Mechanic Mary G. Chandler and William E. Mickey both of Columbus; and Franklin D. Mickey, Austin, Tex.

Mrs. Davis says she and the defendants acquired the property from her late father, William E. Mickey. She asks that commissioners be appointed to property. If the land can't be divided without injuring its value, she asks it be sold and the proceeds divided.

Mrs. Davis is represented by attorney John G. Blair. Hardman Elected Council 4 Master Howard Hardman, 216 Sunbury was elected the Illustrious Master of Chillicothe Council 4, Royal and Select Masters, Tuesday night.
