MONDAY MORNINO, OCTOIER 7, lilt THE FORT WAYNE 'JRNAWUZETTE A NO ARMISTICE The Citizens of Allen County Have Set Out To Subscribe To $7,600,000 of Fourth Liberty Loan Bonds and Will Grant No Armistice Until They Are Qver the Top We Are Yet $750,000 Short of Our Goal 3,414 Additional Voluntary Subscriptions Are Needed Allet County now holds the 100 war record of having met 'in full every wdr demand in men and money. To day's war news indicates that this may be our last Liberty Loan. Shall we keep our war record at 100? OVER THE TOP CAMPAIGN Volunteer's Declaration WHEREAS, Allen County, Indiana, now holds the proud war record of having met in man power and in money every demand made upon her, during the present war, as well as having met all calls and requests made upon her by the Red Cross and other National Organizations engaged in war work, and, WHEREAS, Allen County is now in danger of losing her 100 ft war record by failing, in the sum of $750,000, to reach her quota of $7,600,000 in this the Fourth Liberty Loan Campaign. THEREFORE, We, the undersigned citizens of Allen County, Indiana, do hereby agree to make an additional subscription to the Fourth Liberty Loan, to the end that the war may be. prosecuted to a full and complete and early victory, and that Allen County the cpmmunity in which we live may maintain her present proud war record of 100, and go OVER THE TOP in this the FOURTH.

After Allen County goes "Over the Top," a final corrected list of all subscriptions of $500.00 or more will be published. Peace Declaration Means High Market Price for Bonds The Liberty Loan Organization vappealsto the Loyal and Patriotic Citizens of AKen County to keep her war record at 100 that our returning soldiers may be proud home. We appeal to you to voluntarily come forward and put this fourth and probably the last Liberty Loan over the top. Subscription Stations will be open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in all the banks and trust companies throughout thejCounty. Go to any one of them, sign the "Volunteer's Declaration," copy which is printed above, and help keep Allen County your home on the 100 War Repord Honor Roll.
