To day's war news indicates that this may be our last Liberty Loan. Shall we keep our war record at 100? OVER THE TOP CAMPAIGN Volunteer's Declaration WHEREAS, Allen County, Indiana, now holds the proud war record of having met in man power and in money every demand made upon her, during the present war, as well as having met all calls and requests made upon her by the Red Cross and other National Organizations engaged in war work, and, WHEREAS, Allen County is now in danger of losing her 100 ft war record by failing, in the sum of $750,000, to reach her quota of $7,600,000 in this the Fourth Liberty Loan Campaign. THEREFORE, We, the undersigned citizens of Allen County, Indiana, do hereby agree to make an additional subscription to the Fourth Liberty Loan, to the end that the war may be. prosecuted to a full and complete and early victory, and that Allen County the cpmmunity in which we live may maintain her present proud war record of 100, and go OVER THE TOP in this the FOURTH.

After Allen County goes "Over the Top," a final corrected list of all subscriptions of $500.00 or more will be published.
