Elizabeth Wilson William H. Rohrer PHILADELPHIA Mrs. Elizabeth M. (Hoffa) Wilson, wife of Clarence A. Wilson, Philadelphia, died March 5 in the Germantown Hospital.

Born in Shamokin Sept. 9, 1916, the deceased was educated in Shamokin schools. Following her marriage she made her home in Philadelphia. Survivors include the husband, three daughters, Mrs. Betty Dolan, Mrs.

Sandra Dooley and Mrs. Carol Kitsch, all of Philadelphia; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Grace Smink, Lebanon; June Hoffa, Elizabethtown, and two brothers, Kenneth Hoffa, Middletown, and Wilbur Hoffa, King of Prussia. Funeral services and burial were held yesterday in Philadelphia. Mrs. Josephine Raker BECHTELSVILLE Mrs.

Josephine Raker, 63, of Bechtelsville, a former resident of Trevorton and Irish Valley, died Tuesday night in an Odessa, hospital. She was stricken ill while on vacation. Born June 17, 1909, Mrs. Raker was the former Miss Josephine Rose. She was married to Charles E.

Raker. The couple resided in Bechtelsville, near Norristown, the past several years. Survivors include the husband, three children, George, Bechtelsville; Mrs. Iva Beeson, Northwales, and Mrs. Charlotte Larson, Barto, Bucks County; six grandchildren, two brothers, Walter Rose and Charles Rose, Bechtelsville; and one sister, also of the Norristown area.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated Tuesday morning at 10:00 in St. Patrick's Church, Trevorton. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Bear Gap. Zeigenfuse, Mowry. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the Kull Funeral Home, 901 Centre Ashland, with the Rev. J. Rex Thomas, Zion Reform Church, Ashland, officiating.

Burial will be in the Sunnyside Cemetery, Mowry. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Sunday beginning at 3:00 p.m. SHAMOKIN R.D. 2 William H. Rohrer, 63, Box 187A, Shamokin R.D.: 2, died Thursday night at 7:20 in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, where he was a patient the last two weeks.

He was in ill health eight years and was hospitalized periodically during that time. Mr. Rohrer was a son of the late William and Phoebe (Yost) Rohrer. He was married June 13, 1930, to the former Grace James, who survives. Previously, they resided at 1710 W.

Independence St. Shamokin. Prior to his retirement in 1965, Mr. Rohrer was self-employed as a coal dealer. He was a graduate of Coal Township High School and served with the U.S.

Navy during World War II. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Trevorton. Survivors include the widow, nine children, William F. Rohrer, Allentown; Mrs.

Robert (Marlene) Young, Mrs. Robert (Phoebe) Forcheskie, Mrs. Carl (Mary Lou) Yacko, Mrs. Walter (Barbara) Metrocavage, Mrs. Forrest (Janet) Shurock, Robert Rohrer, Mrs.

Steve (Judith) Krushinskie and Barry Rohrer, all of Shamokin; 21 grandchildren, one brother, Irvin Rohrer, Shamokin, and one sister, Mrs. Nevin (Dorothy) Dideum, McMinnville, Ore. Campton Funeral Directors, 106 W. Sunbury Shamokin, are in charge of arrangements. George L.

Feger DORNSIFE R.D. George L. Feger, 72, a former resident of Sacramento, died at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the home of his brother, Clyde Feger, Dornsife R.D. He had been in ill health for several years.

Born in West Cameron Township May 11, 1900, Mr. Feger was a son of the late Charles D. and Berdie (Heim) Feger. He resided in Sacramento 40 year and made his home in Dornsife since January. He was self-employed as a coal trucker.

George L. Feger was married to the late Verdie Hoffman March 29, 1918, in Urban. He was educated in West Cameron Township and Trevorton schools. He was a member of the Valley View Fire Co. and the Valley View Gun Club.

Survivors include three sons, Paul, Danville; George, Sunbury, and Robert, Oregon; two daughters, Mrs. Jerry Raker, Sunbury, and Mrs. Myrtle Eister, Perkasie; 21 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, one brother, Clyde, Dornsife R.D., and one sister, Martha, Baltimore. Dubbs KULPMONT Carl H. of 204 N. Tenth Kulpmont, died Tuesday in his residence. He was in ill health for several years. Mr.

Dubbs was born Jan. 1, 1909, a son of the late Claude and Florence Zimmerman Dubbs. He was retired following 23 years of service with the U.S. Navy, and was a chief petty officer machinist mate. He was a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars posts.

Mr. Dubbs and the former Anna Susnoski were married Nov. 10, 1936, in Goshen. N.Y. He was educated in Pine Grove Schools.

Survivors include the widow, four children, Ronald, serving with the U.S. Navy in Vietnam; Michael, serving with the U.S. Navy at Point Mugu, David, Norfolk, and Mary, at home; two brothers, Clifford, Olymphia, Calvin, Pine Grove, and two sisters, Mrs. Samuel (Helen) Boughter, Pine Grove, and Mrs. Edna Stecker, Pine Grove.

Lucas Funeral Directors, Kulpmont, are in charge of arrangements. Florence Kulbacki SHAMOKIN Miss Florence A. Kulbacki, 69, of 1005 W. Pine died yesterday afternoon in Shamokin State General Hospital. Born March 6, 1904, Miss Kulbacki was the daughter of the late George and Antoinette (Grajewski) Kulbacki.

Pine Shamokin, died this morning at 6:45 in his home. He had been in ill health since Monday. Born in Shamokin, Sept. 4, 1910, Mr. Drust was a son of Stanley and Sophie Drust.

He was a miner by trade, having worked at the Glen Burn Colliery until his retirement three years ago because of ill health. Mr. Drust was married April 14, 1941, in Winchester, to the former Elizabeth Koval. He attended St. Stanislaus School, was a member of St.

Stephen's Church, the parish Holy Name Society and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Survivors include the widow, two brothers, Stanley Drust, Shamokin, and Chester Drust, New York City; five sisters, Mrs. Helen Yodzio, Mrs. Clara Slanina, Mrs.

Harriet Smudzin and Mrs. Florence Fox, all of Shamokin, and Mrs. Victoria Nagle, Harrisburg. Lucas funeral directors, 120 S. Market Shamokin, are in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Marie Zeigen fuse MOWRY Mrs. Marie H. Zeigenfuse, Mowry, died Thursday afternoon in her residence. Born in Doutyville, July 21, 1899, Mrs.

Zeigenfuse, was the daughter of the late Henry and Ida (Kramer) Fegley. She resided in Mowry most of her life. Mrs. Zeigenfuse taught school for many years in the Shamokin R.D. area.

She is a member of Christ Reform Church, Helfenstein. Survivors include, husband, Earl; two sons, Arden, Wyomissing Hills, and Robert, Washington, D.C.; one granddaughter, two sisters, Mrs. Opel Newton, and Theresa Fegley; Lavelle; four brothers, Alvin Fegley, Berwick; Mirian Fegley, Lavelle; Trucent Fegley, Harrisburg, and Nedwin Fegley, Hummelstown. Marcellus Long MOUNT CARMEL Marcellus Long, formerly of Mount Carmel, a resident of the Maria Joseph Manor Convalescent Home, Danville, died Thursday afternoon in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. He was admitted to the hospital one day previous to his death.

Born in Mount Carmel, Mr. Long was a son of the late John and Mary (Troy) Long. He was a retired clerk, who had worked in drug stores most of his life. Mr. Long, who was educated in Mount Carmel Schools, was a member of the Church of Our Lady, Mount Carmel.

The only survivors are nieces and nephews. Joseph Stutz Funeral Directors of Mount Carmel are in charge of arrangements for the funeral. Karl A. Hoffman hurt in fall: hospitalized SHAMOKIN Karl A. Hoffman, former advertising director of The News-Item, is listed in satisfactory condition in Shamokin State General Hospital where he was admitted Thursday after sustaining injuries in a fall.

Mr. Hoffman, who resides at 28 N. Carmel man injured in crash of two autos SHAMOKIN A Mount Carmel man sustained slight injuries in a two-car crash Thursday afternoon at 4:30 in which damage was estimated at $2,800. James Leander Tyler, 145 S. Maple Shamokin, complained of soreness in the chest area following the mishap, but told Shamokin police he would consult his family physician.

Police said Tyler was the operator of one of the vehicles and the Rev. Martin Zarkowski, 106 N. Cherry Shamokin, was the driver of the second machine. Police reported Father Zarkowski was traveling east on Chestnut Street and halted his machine at the stop sign at the intersection with Second. The priest told police he did not observe Tyler's auto and drove into the intersection when Tyler's auto struck the left side of the clergyman's vehicle.
