Personal News Of Laddonians (By MRS. H. G. SIPPLE) H. Baize is visiting his daughters, Mrs.

Walker Vance and family of Indiana, and Mrs. Eunice Barker of Owensboro, Ky. Mrs. Lncian Strubenger of Barry, was here several days last week with her mother, Mrs. Sallie Gray, ill in the General hospital, Mexico.

Ross Carmnan of the Palmyra, Spectator and Miss Jane Kennen of Kirksville State Teachers college were weekend guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. K. G. Kennen.

Mr. and Mrs. Everette Tiller and son, Richard, of Canton, visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Tiller, Saturday and Sunday.

Dr. and Mrs. R. B. Baize, Mr.

and Shotwell and Miss Lorrayne Kelly motored to St. Louis Sunday to spend the day with Miss Betty Baize, student at Washington University. Mrs. Will Self- was hostess to the contract bridge club Wednesday eveningi Mrs. Yost was a guest and made high score.

After the games, pie and fruit punch were served. Mrs. Lydia Schutte is representing Arbela chapter of the O.E.S. at grand chapter in St. Louis this week.

Mrs. Robert Ferris and Mrs. Jack Grimm accompanied Mr. and Mrs! Hampton Ferris home to Jefferson City Tuesday On Wednesday Mrs. Grimm returned to her home in Joplin.

Bernard Nichols, who is making his home with Mr. and Mrs. M. E. Devaney, is attending Missouri University.

Delegates from the Fortnightly club and from the Fidelis Arts club will go to Elsberry Tuesday to attend the district convention.
