The unprecedented action- Super setting up successive Bowl sites- came Tuesday on a compromise proposed by Bud Adams, the owner of the Houston Oilers, after the 26 club owners appeared deadlocked over whether award the 1973 Super Bowl game to Los Angeles or Houston. THE COMPROMISE covered both. It returned the Super Bowl to the Los Angeles Coliseum at the end of the 1972 season for the first time since Super Bowl I and gave the 1974 Super Bowl to Houston's Rice Stadium for the city's first opportunity at hosting Jumping Open Raceway Close maneuvering quarters and fast competition will be the order of the day Sunday as approximately 50 modified jumping roadsters christen the new Orange County Raceway with a new brand of racing in Central Florida.

Practice will begin at 10 a.m. The first of four qualifying heats begins at 2 p.m. A consolation and feature race will wrap up the day's competition.
