London Newspaper Scolds Readers' Apollo Apathy By United Press International A London newspaper today admonished its readers for their apparent ho-hum attitude towards the Apr41o 12 moon mission, a feeling apparently shared by many others around the world. County Visitors Representatives of the Soil Conservation Service from Washington. D. C. and four states were guests of the Central Curry Soil and Water Conservation Board on Wednesday at a luncheon attended by representatives of the Clovis City Commission, the Curry County Commission and the Ned Houk Memorial Park Board.

Chet Francis, head of the engineering division in Washington, D. was accompanied by engineering heads of the water shed planning units, the head design engineer, state conservation engineer and Duanc Bartee, the assistant state conservationist. To aid the perceptually handicapped, teachers and parents recognize that special help can overcome much of the problem and the child will not have to go through his school years with symbols "swimming" about in space and no one to understand the problem. S. Sen. Joseph Montoya, O-N. said Tuesday he would introduce a bill to establish an agency to voice complaints and represent the consumer before government agencies and courts.
