They're Losers Rena Windham is a perfect example of a successful Weight Watcher. A local businesswoman, Rena, who lives at 1402 Cincinnati Ave., joined the Weight Watchers in February of '1972. After 45 weel<s on the program, she reached her goal, losing fiO pounds at that point. After eight weel<s on the maintenance program, Rena became a lifetime member on February 7, 1973, with a total weight loss of 63 pounds. Rena has gone down five dress sizes, and is truly a new person, club officials noted. Judy McLeod of 2901-A Beacon Beach Road, Tyndall AFB, is a housewife and mother, and a very active member of the Tyndall community. Judy lost ."59 pounds in just 13 weeifs, and also completed eight weelcs on the maintenance program. The maintenance program, incidentally, is a planned re-introduction of "forbidden" foods so that the Weight Watcher can learn to maintain her weight loss. Judy and Rena received their goal award pins, which include a diamond chip for every ten pounds lost, set in an attractive design of the letters W. W. Weight Watchers in this area have lost more than 5,000 pounds since the first class opened in March, 1971. There are now ten classes each week.
