Swanson about the delay lit deciding on the petition for commutation Is unjust He said that the assertions of certain persons complaining of the delay In the case and the expenses attending the keeping of the prisoner were uncalled for The facts about the case said he are as follows I Wright was Indicted for assault on Matel Rlsley October 15 1906 counsel was assigned on October 26 to
