Sunday, March 20, 2005 LOCAL The Advocate 5A COURT NEWS Thornton allegedly broke into six buildings in Newark and Heath. Thornton also allegedly broke into two buildings beyond those with Schimpf. McClain 26, 270 N. Fifth Newark, was indicted on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of burglary, a third-degree felony. Authorities claim McClain stole a Newark woman's debit card on Jan. 13 and then broke into her home between Feb. 5 and 6.

Terrence D. Schimpf, 28, 213 Lawrence Road, Newark, and Jerry L.Thornton, 29, 161 Hancock Newark, were each indicted on one count each of grand theft auto, a fourth-degree nomic Development District discussions and annexation of River RoadWeaver Road properties into the Village of Granville. Kristopher Stout, 30, 512 E. Main Newark, was indicted on one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a third-degree felony.
