Clarinetist Pam Loch will perform recital Clarinetist Pam Loch will present a recital at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Outagamie County Historical Society Building, 320 N. Durkee St. One of the winners of the Fox Valley Symphony's Youth Soloist Competition last January, Loch will perform works by Poulenc, Weber, Quet and Kummer. She will be accompanied on the Bechstein piano by Carole Buxton and Mary Goetz. The recital will be open to the public at no charge. A student of Dan Sparks, associate professor of music at Lawrence University, Loch will attend New York City's Juilliard School of Music next year. In addition to appearing as soloist with the Fox Valley Symphony, she has been soloist with the Fox Valley Youth Orchestra and the Appleton West High School Orchestra, and has performed with the State Honors Orchestra and the Lawrence Wind Ensemble.
