Today, MOD carries on the fight against birth defects which affect one of every 12 infants and cause about 60,000 deaths annually. More than $500 million in MOD funds have been spent for medical services since the program was founded by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1938. Clarinetist Pam Loch will perform recital Clarinetist Pam Loch will present a recital at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Outagamie County Historical Society Building, 320 N.
