The line was restored to full service at 10 a.m. yesterday and the train which derailed, the Palm-land, continued on to New York. A mail clerk, Norman LeComte of Jacksonville was killed when two baggage cars and four mail cars left the tracks. Three passenger coaches stayed on the rails. The Alachua County sheriffs department said Willie Lee Prater, 21. of La Crosse, Fla., was killed In the shooting in a bar near Brooker, Fla., north of here. Wounded and admitted to a hospital were Nathanial Davidson and Norchester Bradley, both migrant workers. Three others were treated for wounds and released. Arrested for Investigation were Theodore Banks and Odess Banks and Maxie Young, 24, all of rural Gainesville. Deputies said the shooting apparently began when one of the local men got into an argument with one of the migrant workers who had been dancing with his wife. The suit, filed for the plaintiff by attorney Robert Eagan and Bernard Mus-zynski claims the Johan-nessens asked the plaintiff firm to secure a $175,000 loan, which Mortgage Loan claims It did with Winter Park Savings and Loan. The plaintiff now alleges the defendants owe 10 per cent of the amount. The case was assigned to Judge W. A. Pattishall. Attorney Named In Surgery Suit A doctor who claims he r e m o ved a "gangrenous gall bladder" from an Orlando attorney, filed suit in circuit court here claiming the lawyer owes $750 for the operation. Plaintiff in the case is Dr. Alex P. Maybarduk. He names Sam E. Murrell Sr. as defendant. The physicians attorney is Vincent Collura. The case was assigned to Judge Parker Lee McDonald.
