JWW» PAGE SEVENTEEN Fisfc fa Fo/7 IFor Good Dish InjredltnU: 4 butterflsh (1/3 to ;j pound each) or other small Ash, | 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, 2 medium-sized onions (cut in thin rounds and separated into rings), 'A pound small mushrooms (sliced), 2 small or medium-sized tomst«t (each quartered), salt, pepper, paprika. 4 tablespoons minced paisley. Method: Have fish cleaned and fins cut off; do not have head, tails or bones removed. Wash fish, cleaning opening near head well; drain. Place-each flsh in center of a 12-inch square of aluminum foil so it is parallel to two sides of the toll. Dot fish with butter. Arrange onion-rings, sliced mushrooms and tomato wedges over fish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and parsley. Lift two opposite edges of each piece of foil so they meet: make tight double (drugstore) fold; fold open ends over a few times. place on baking sheet on top rack of moderate (376 degrees) oven. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serve pack ages unopened at once. Makes 4 servings. N'ofe: Use double thickness of regular household foil for each package, or single thickness of double- duty foil.
