Mich Sept The forest fires which have been threatening the town of Atlanta are reported today to be under control A shift of the wind and a light rain today saved the town Rain today has also checked the fires In Alrjena iPresque Isle and Cheboygan counties Rich pure and wholesome ice cream delivered to the family at 125 per gallon has proved such a success that I find that it will be necessary for me in the near future to largely increase my facilities for handling and manufacture In addition I find that it will greatly increase the business to have a salesroom in the downtown shopping district To thus enlarge the business will require more capital and with this in view I have decided to incorporate my business One half of the capital stock fifteen hundred 1500 shares is offered at par 1000 a share I have decided to issue this stockn 10 shares because I desire to scatter it as widely as possible as each stockholder will be a business getter for the company as well as a customer Dividends I feel safe in saying that this company will never pay less than 7 and in time a much larger dividend Washington is a city of many social events and the occupations of most of its residents tend to make large consumption of ice cream in the home so that a company especially prepared to cater to the family and social trade has an enormous field Wehave the only plant catering to the family trade in the city that is directly connected with an ice plant thus giving us a much more economically operated plant In addition to this we are located on the first floor which enables at all times perfect sanitation We have trained and efficient workmen and we know how to make GOOD ice cream We have now a well established business and well advertised We offer you a chance to invest in a growing business It is those who get into a company at the beginning that make the money Now is your opportunity Of course there is some risk but outside of government bonds what can you find that has not an element of risk Look about either in this city or others and see if all the ice cream manufacturers or other manufacturers of food products are not making money The field is here and this stock will be sold The question is whether you will be a stockholder or not Hundreds of people leave their money where it brings them but a very small return yet they will call their neighbors success LUCK when his luck is simply his ability to see opportunities like this and invest where his returns are much greater People will always eat and the greater part of the population of Washington has a steady income which goes on in hard times just the same as in good times If this stock is such a good thing you no doubt will ask why we are offering it in 1000 shares and why men with money who are looking for good things to invest in have not bought the stock The reason is just as I have stated above I want to scatter the stock as far as possible Fifteen hundred shares of the Capital Stock of the
