To The Honorable, The Outagamit County Board of Supervisors: Gentlemen: WHEREAS, an audit was made pertaining to Social Security withholding on the offices of Coroner and Publjc Administrator, and inasmuch as the State holds that these were not Independent contractors but employees of Outagamit County, and WHEREAS Social Security due for the period beginning July 1, 1957 through April 30, 1963 amounts to $1,885.55, NOW THEREFORE be It resolved that the sum of $1.885 55 be transferred from the contingent fund to the Social Security fund.
