$9,000 ATRRDICT FOR DEATH OP KYSER IN B. It. P. CO. FIRE.

BIRMINGHAM, June 8. A verdict for $9,000 damages for tha death of Henry H. Kyser was returned Wednesday night in Judge Miller's diclsion of the Circuit court in the case of George P. Kyser, as adminis trator, aganst the B. L.

P. Co. Kyser was killed by a fall from the fourth floor of the company's building; Which burned on the afternoon vpl May 8th. 1914. The suit was for $50,000 damages.

It was alleged that Henry H. Kyser Was at worK on the fourth floor of the building when the fire toroke out and that be was unable to get out of the building and was burned or as phyxiated and caused to all or Jump from the fourth story wiudou to the sidewalk and was killed. The case went to trial early In theJ week and went to the Jury Wednes day afternoon, The plaintiff was re presented by attorneys G. R. Harsh and Borden Burr.

The defendant was represented by Hugh Morrow.
