Sr a principal owner of the Virgin River Hotel Casino and the Casablanca in Mesquite as well as three casinos in Las Vegas confirmed riday that the Virgin River purchased the closed hotelcasino own he said bought the first mortgage two to three weeks ago and that was foreclosed Black said there were no immediate plans for reopening the debt plagued casino are a whole bunch of prob he said ate just
