Schoppmann noted that private, individual cutting of trees on BLM lands requires a permit from the BLM. but that only a private land owner's permission is required if the tree is taken from private land. For commercial cutting on private lands the sheriff recommends that written permission be obtained and printed tags showing i ownership of the trees be carried with each shipment of trees. He also said BLM commercial permits are required for commercial tree cutting on BLM lands.

The station opperates on 41.000 watts of effective radiated power and will serve a large portion of southern Utah from 6 a.m. until midnight Monday through Saturday and from 7 a.m.
