Julie A. Funk, Norwich, and Kenneth MELISSA YODER WILSON Melissa Yoder Wilson, 23, of 969 Linn Coshocton, died Thursday, March 17, 1994, in a traffic accident on Ohio 16, Conesville. Born Sept. 26, 1970, in Coshocton, she was a 1988 graduate of Ridgewood High School, she attended Ohio State University in Newark and graduated with honors in 1992 from Central Ohio Technical College in Newark, with an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. She was employed by Longaberger Baskets in Dresden and she was formerly employed at Hardee's in Coshocton.

Mrs. Wilson was also a member of the Church of Christ in West Lafayette and an auxiliary member of Coshocton County REACT. She is survived by her husband, Brian D. Wilson, 969 Linn Coshocton, whom she married May 16, 1992; one daughter, Brianna Sue Wilson, of the home; one son, Casey Brian Wilson of the home; father and stepmother; Levi and Susie Yoder of Coshocton; mother, Susan Lawrence of West Lafayette; one sister, Marcia L. Gephart of West Lafayette; one step-brother, Jason Ogle of Coshocton; two stepsisters, Amy Hunter and Julie Ogle both of Coshocton; grand- arents, Abe J.R.

Yoder of Mil-ersburg, James P. and Norma Mercer of Conesville, and Donna Romine of Zanesville; two nephews; one niece; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceding her in death was one grandmother, Katie Yoder. Second Coshocton. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, March 21, at the funeral home with Evangelists Lloyd Tenney and Eddie McQuiggan EARL A. DAVIS NEWARK -r- Earl A. Davis, 65, of 141 Miller Newark, died Thursday, March 17, 1994, in Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark.

He was born Jan. 23, 1929, in Newark. He had resided in Newark since 1963 and had been employed as a truck driver for over 26 years with Robert Neff Trucking Co. in South Zanesville. He was an avid CB operator, whose CB handle was Ohio Ranger.

He had been in the Ohio National Guard for 14 years. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Isabelle Roberts Davis; two sons, Frank A. Davis Sr. of Newark and Ronald A. Davis, of Columbus; one daughter, Stacey J.

Davis, at home; six grandchldren; two greatgrandchildren; three sisters, Ethel Dusenberry, Eleanor Wolfe and Bonnie Lossinger, all of Zanesville; one brother, Claude Davis of Newark; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Abbie Burns Davis; one son, one sister and one brother. Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Criss-Kirkpatrick Funeral Home, 179 Granville Newark.

Services will be at 2 m. Monday at the funeral home with Don E. Cass officiating. Burial will be at Wilson Cemetery. CLYDE STEPHENS SUMMERFIELD Clyde Stephens, 83, of 1302 E.

Irvington Tuscon, formerly of Summerfield, died at 8:05 a.m. Friday March 18, 1994, at Tuscon Veterans Memorial Hospital Hospice Center in Tuscon, Ariz. Born August 28, 1910, in Summerfield, Mr. Stephens was a retired prominent businessman in Noble County during the 1950's and 1960s. He was a member of the Summerfield Church of Christ and a lifetime member of American Legion Post No.

415 at Summerfield where he was a former past commander. He was also a World War II army veteran. Mr. Stephens is survived by his wife, Martha Elizabeth Morris Stephens, whom he married Jan. 5, 1932; three daughters.

Norma Jean Cline of Summer-field, Lillie M. Keylor of Woods-field and Sue Buckenberger of Utica; one son, James W. Stephens of Caldwell; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah and Lillie O. Carpenter Stephens; five sisters, Faye Baker, Helen Roe, Grace Roe, Sallie Barrett and Anna West; and two brothers, Clifford Stephens and Guy Stephens There will be no calling hours.

Private services will be at the family's convenience at Eastern Cemetery, Summerfield where full military rites will be conducted. Brubach-Watters Funeral Home, 202 Main Summer-field is in charge of arrangements. PAUL E. MELTON FRAZEYSBURG Paul E. Melton, 85, of 14331 County Road 3, Frazeysburg, and formerly of Newark, died at 10:20 a m.

March 18, 1994, at home. He was born Feb. 10, 1909, in Newark. He was self-employed as owner-operator of Melton's Dairy Bar. Survivors include his daughter, Billie S.

Krichbaum of Frazeysburg; one sister, Frances Swartz of Newark; five grand-children; seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Serena Davidson Melton, who died July 17, 1983; his parents, William and Scharlotte (Holister) Melton; one sister. Calling hours will be 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday, March 20, 1994, at Baughman-Vensil-Orr Funeral Home, 110 Third Street. Services will be at 2 p.m.

Per-rin, 49, of 7880 Old Town Fultonham, died at 1:06 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 1994, at Bethesda Hospital in Zanesville. Born Dec. 6, 1944, in New traits ville, she was a homemaker. Mrs.

Perrin is survived by her husband, William H. Perrin, Jr. of Fultonham; five daughters, Paula Bright of Blue Rock, Teresa L. Perrin and Audrey Marts both of Zanesville, Karen Cogswell of groveport and Shelly M. Perrin of the home; one son, William R.

Perrin of Huston, Texas; 10 grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Jones of Smithfield; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents. Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, March 20, at the Sheridan Funeral Home, 222 S.

Columbus Lancaster. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, March 21, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Lancaster. WILLIAM NEIL LARIMER William Neil Larimer, 61, of 1237 Ridge died at 3:45 a.m.

Thursday, March 17, 1994, at Doctor's Hospital North, Columbus, following a three month illness. Born Nov. 7, 1932, in New Lexington, he was a veteran of the US. Army and formerly employed by the Muskingum County Home and Hughes Construction Company. Surviving are a very good friend, Rebecca Minner of Zanesville; one sister-in-law, Shirley Larimer of Zanesville; one aunt, lea Larimer of Columbus; three nephews; and one niece.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Robert S. and Essie Deavers Larimer; and one brother, Robert Larimer. Calling hours will be two hours prior to services Sunday, March 20, at DeLong and Baker Funeral Home, 56 S. Fifth St. Services will be at 1:30 p.m.

Sunday, March 20. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery in New Lexington. Hospitals EVELYNE M. ADAMS Evelyne M. Adams, 88, 1405 Jersey Ridge Road, died at 7:20 a.m.

Friday, March 18, 1994, at her residence. Born July 4, 1905, in St Louis, Mrs. Adams was a Zanesville resident since 1913. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church and a charter member of Good Samaritan Charity Circle.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, William H. Adams HI and Nancy D. Adams of Zanesville; three daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ann and James Miller of Zanesville, Mar-jorie and Donald DeWitt of Pick-erington and Melanie and Kenneth Naumann of Tempe, 10 grandchildren; 23 greatgrandchildren; two sisters, Florence Roll and May Kelly, both of Zanesville; and one sister-in-law, Hilda Horton of Zanesville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Laura Lawrence Jacobs and her husband, William H. Adams who died Aug.

Thomas Aquinas Church. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery. Pd. Notice MARY McVICKER CANTON Mary Dorothy McVicker, 77, of 19th St. NE, died Friday morning, March 18, 1994, in Timken-Mercy Medical Center after an accident at her home.

She was born in Zanesville and had been a Canton resident for 53 years. She is survived by her husband, William W. McVicker; two daughters, Sharon Walker of North Canton and Dorothy Norris of Canton; two sons, William W. McVicker Jr. of North Canton and Edwin G.

McVicker of Canton; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Leroy Morrison of Florida. She was preceded in death by one sister, Jane Weber. Calling hours are from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home, 710 Tuscarawas St. West, Canton.

PRESTON NEW LEXINGTON Eleanor M. Wilkes Preston, 86, 4503 Bear-field Twp. Road 308, Corning, died at 8:50 a.m. Friday, March 18, 1994, at Good Samaritan Medical Center where she had been a patient since March 16. Born March 14, 1908, in Glous-ter, she was a lifetime resident of the area and a member of the First Baptist Church in Rendville.

Surviving are one daughter, Yvonne Bacon of Ironton; two sisters, Dessie Govan of Springfield and Thelma Marie Lawson of Columbus. Preceding her in death were her parents, Payton and Lillian Kaiser Wilkes; her husband, Walter Preston who died in 1977; and three brothers. Calling hours will be from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services Monday, March 21, at the First Baptist Church in Rendville. Services will be at 1 p.m.

with Rev. Joseph L. Woods, Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Rendville Cemetery.

Born Oct. 13, 1918, in Zanesville, Mrs. Tarrier had lived in Dexter for the last 39 years. She worked several years for the Boullion Sales and Service in Dexter and was a member of the Dexter Women's Club and St. Mary's Catholic Church in Chelsea.

Survivors include her husband, Richard; three sons, William Tarrier of Ann Arbor, Richard Tarrier of Vilas, N.C. and Michael Tarrier of Blaine, one daughter, Mary Tarrier of Dexter, and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Mae Weatherald Basehart and four brothers. Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today and Sunday 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
