Although there have been terms when there was just one set of twins in her class, this year her final year on the faculty she reaped a bonus. There are three sets of twins in her class this year Jennifer and Jessica Churetta, daughters of Mr. and Mrs.

Jeffrey Churetta; Luke and Mark Payson, sons of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Payson, and John and Michael Ruzicka, sons of Mr. and Mrs. James Ruzicka, all of Northampton.

Petrich said that to help her identify the Payson twins, their mother always makes certain Luke is wearing something red. Both the Ruzickas got glasses in November. One has gold rims, the other silver. One of the Churetta girls has a slim- mer face than the other, Petrich said. Petrich is retiring this year, and leav-i ing brings with it mixed emotions, she said.

"September will probably be the hardest. At this point it is hard to think I am not coming back. There was a retirement dinner for me last week, and I realized this is really the end.
