East 1 Allen Township, formerly of 303 Eden Court, Moore Township, died Tuesday in her home. She was the wife of Phillip A. Due. They were married 34 years last ApriL She was a sewing machine operator in sewing mills in the Slate Belt and Nazareth areas until 1981. Born in Forks Township, she was a daughter of George Shook of Pen Argyl R.1, and the late Verna (Rasely) Shook Barlieb.

She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Nazareth. Survivors: Husband and father, daughters, Robin Scott of Perm Yan, N.Y., and Lisa Meyers, of Moore Township; sister, Mary Alice Slutter of Honolulu, Hawaii; brother, George of Wind Gap R.1; half-sisters, Georgia Smickley of Nazareth, Sharon Wilgus and Brenda Seidel, both of Pen Argyl R.l, and Trudy. Shelbo Fay A. Shelbo, 61, of Raders Lane, Bethlehem R.7, died Tuesday in her home. She was the wife of the late Daniel F. Shelbo. Born in Springfield Township, she was a daughter of Fern (Tyrell) Klinehan of Winter Spring, Fla.

and the late Glenn E. Klinehan. She was a member of Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Colesville. Friday. Rose Marie Faust Rose Marie Faust, 64, of Green-town, Pike County, formerly of Coopersburg, died Monday in the home of her daughter, Lorena wife of Donald W. Fisher of Allen-town. She was the wife of William E. Faust.

They were married 42 years Oct. 1. She was a registered nurse, employed by the former Lehigh Valley Dairy, Allentown, from 1951 until retiring in 1957. Previously, she was a nurse at Sacred Heart Hospital from 1949 to 1951. She was a 1949 graduate of the Sacred Heart School of Nursing, Allentown.

Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa (Albert) Weber. Survivors: Husband and daughter; another daughter, Mary Beth, wife of Arthur Riter of Albrights-ville; sons, William E. Jr. of Allentown, Kenneth G. of New Tripoli and Joseph M.

Quakertown. She was the wife of W. Pitt Hartzell. They were married 37 years, in June. A graduate of Kutztown State Teacher's College, she taught at the former Pennhurst School, Boyersford, Montgomery County, until retiring in 1962.

Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late William C. and Emma F. (Koenig) Bohne. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Quakertown.

Before that, she worked in the same capacity for the Fleetwood Shirt Co. for 15 years.

Thursday. Wood row E. Dutt Woodrow E. Dutt, 757 Locke Heights Road, Bangor, died Monday in Lehigh Valley Hospital Center. He was the husband of Lillian (LaBarre) Dutt.

They were married 36 years last month. He was an instrument repairman for Mobil Chemical Washington, N.J., for the past 20 years. Born in Bangor R.2, he was a son of the late Elbert and Elsie (Rasely) Dutt. He served with the Army Signal Corps in Japan during the Korean Dutt designed and built his own television sets, garage door openers, radio controlled lawn mowers and cars. He also repaired televisions, electronic and mechanical devices at home.

Jeffrey H. Snyder Jeffrey H. Snyder, 38, of Long Beach, died Oct. 30 in Long Beach Memorial Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was a freelance artist in California.

Before that, he was a cargo supervisor for a steamship company in New Orleans. Born in Allentown, he was a son of Patricia and Raymond Snyder of Coopersburg. He then was a truck driver for the former Louis Neuweiler Sons Brewery, Allentown from 1932-42. After re turning from active duty in the Ar my, he resumed employment at the brewery as a supervisor until retiring after 40 years.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Norman W. and Bertha (Brunner) Ruth. He was an Army veteran of World War receiving the Purple Heart and European Theatre of Op erations Ribbon with five Bronze Campaign Stars. Survivor: Wife. Services: At the convenience of the family.

Vincent C. Seyfried Vincent C. Seyfried, 75, of 1037 Lehigh Easton, died Tuesday in Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg. He was a musician for many big circuses, most recently for Carson-Barnes, Hugo, until retiring in 1987. He also played for Clyde Beatty and Cole Brothers.

Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Clinton and Mary (Light-ner) Seyfried. He was an Army veteran of the European, African and Mid-East Theaters of World War n. Survivor: Brother, Robert C. of Nazareth. Services: 10 a.m.

He was the husband of Marjorie J. (Lowell) Gibson. They were married 46 years in June. He was the owner and operator of Gibson Trophies, Center Valley, for the past 25 years. Prior to that he owned the former Kic-Ka Kart Track, Coopersburg from 1960 to 1977.

He was also a disc jockey for ra dio stations WSAN, WHOL, WKAP and WAEB, all of the Lehigh Valley for many years. He played in the John Stokes Second Generation Country Band with his grand son John Stokes III for the past five years. He founded and was a member of the Curly Gibson and the Sunshine Playboys Band in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Born in Lickdale, York County, he was a son of the late Maris and Celia (Small) Gibson. He was an Army veteran of World War 1L He was the past president and founder of the union at the former Dale Footwear Coopersburg.

Survivors: Wife; son, Thomas Sr. of Coopersburg; daughter, Celia wife of John Stokes Jr. of Upper Saucon Township; sister, Violet M. of Upper Saucon Township; four grandchildren and a great-grandson. Services: 1 p.m.

She was the wife of the late Marvin C. Rogers. She received her teaching certificate from the former Kutztown Normal School, now Kutztown University and in 1930 graduated from of the University of Michigan. She taught in public schools in Detroit, and also served as Alpha Phi sorority housemother for several years at the University of Illinois, Urbana. Born in Snyders, Schuylkill County, she was a daughter of the late William and Hattie Zehner.

Survivors: Sons, John W. of Denville, N.J., and Marvin C. of Brookfield, and four granddaughters. Private services: Saturday in North St. Paul Minn.
