Krumanocker, 47, of 412 Benner Road, Allentown, died Friday in his home. Lehigh County Deputy Coroner Mark Gross attributed the death to natural causes.

He was the husband of Kathleen E. (Quigney) Krumanocker. Born in Allentown, he was a son of Hilda S. (Creyer) Ziegler of Schnecksville and the late Oliver A. Krumanocker.

He was an Air Force veteran. He was active with the South Parkland Youth Association, serving as president, vice president, director, and football and baseball commissioner and coach. Survivors: Wife and mother; son, James, and daughter, Kristin, both of Allentown; brother, Abner of Schnecksville; and sister, Mrs. Lucille Cox of Zephyrhills, Fla. Graveside services: 1:30 p.m.

A 1922 graduate of Grand View Hospital School of Nursing, she was a nurse at the hospital for many years, retiring in 1965. Before that, she was a private duty nurse in Philadelphia. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Emma (Kruse) Wagner. She was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Sellersville.

Alex J. Stompf Alex J. Stompf. 79, of 726 Cherry Bally, died Saturday in Lehigh Valley Hospital Center. He was the husband of the late Helen (Ben-field) Stompf.

He was a metal inspector for Bally Engineered Structures for 15 years, retiring in 1965. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late John and Veronica (Schandel) Stompf. He was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Bally. He was an Army veteran of World War IL Survivors: Daughter. Patricia, wife of Donald Freese of Boyer-town; sons, William C.

of Bally and Ronald J. of Boyertown; and five grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Stephen, in 1984. Mass: 10 a.m. Wednesday in the church.

Call p.m. Tuesday, Mann Funeral Home, 222 Washington East Greenville. Cornelious Anstead Cornelious "Junior" Anstead, 64, of 363 S. Broad Nazareth, died Friday in Easton Hospital. He was a highway maintenance foreman for the Pennsylvania De--partment of Transportation for 30 years, retiring in 1985.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was a foster son of the late Charles and Annie (Fogel) Stanley. He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Nazareth. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors: Daughters, Carol wife of Melvin Messinger of Pen Argyl, Sharon wife of Adam Rosko, Cindy wife of Hunter Frey and Connie C.

Ruth M. Bishop Ruth M. Bishop, 90, of Lansdale, died Saturday in North Penn Hospital, Lansdale. She was the wife of the late Charles B. Bishop.

Born in Worcester, Montgomery County, she was the daughter of the late Horace C. and Caroline (Weigner) Wood. She was member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Lansdale, where she sang in the choir. Survivors: Daughters, E.

Lehigh County Deputy Coroner Mark Gross said the cause of death is pending au topsy results. She was born in Reading. Survivors: Parents; sister, Heidi at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Schlegel of Breinigsville; maternal grandparents, Mr.

and Mrs. Edwin Weidner of Kutztown; paternal great-grand P. Alton Rieg; owned cleaning business P. Alton Rieg, 83. of 249 Mor-wood Road, Telford, died Friday in Montgomery County Geriatrics Center, Royersford.

He was the husband of Dorothy B. Rieg. He was a sales engineer for the Eaton Philadelphia, for 23 years, retiring in 1972. He also owned and operated Rieg Carpet and Furniture Cleaning, Telford, for many years. Born in Noble, Montgomery County, he was a son of the late John B.

and Lulu (Yerkes) Rieg. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Lansdale. Survivors: Wife; and son, Philip of Telford. Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday in the church.

He was the husband of Carole (Hunsberger) Steinmetz. They were married 49 years last October. He was a brakeman for the Pennsylvania-Bethlehem-New England Railroad for 24 years, retiring in 1975. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Wilson P. and Eva (DeMuth) Steinmetz.

Wednesday. Henry C. Berky Henry C. Berky, 79, of Water Street, East Greenville, died Friday in Pennsburg Manor. He was a weaver for various silk mills in the Upper Perkiomen Valley area for many years before retiring.

Born in Powder Valley, he was a son of the late David and Gertie (Miller) Berky. He was a member of Old Zions-ville United Church of Christ. Luke Lobb, 73, of 716 Donald Drive, Emmaus, died Saturday in Lehigh Valley Hospital Center. Lobb was an educator, coach and administrator, first in the East Penn and later in the Palisades School District. He was mayor of the Borough of Emmaus from 1978-86. He was the husband of Jean H.

(Druckenmiller) Lobb. They were married 17 years last July. graduating from Moravian College in 1941, Lobb began his career as a social studies teacher at Emmaus High School, and was also assistant football coach and head coach of the track team. In 1942 he left to serve in the Army, returning in 1946, when he was appointed head football coach, head track coach, and the high school's first athletic director. During this time, he organized the Emmaus Adult Booster Club and introduced several events that are now traditions at Emmaus, including "Mums for Moms" and night football.

He also arranged for his teams to attend summer football camp each year, the expenses of which were defrayed through fund-raising events by the Booster Club and players. In 1963, he served as assistant principal at the high school for a year, and was then appointed prin-ciDal of Emmaus Junior High School, where he served for five years. He left the East Penn School District to become principal at Palisades High School, where he was instrumental in adding football to the school's sports program. He spent five years as principal and was appointed Assistant Superintendent of Schools in 1975, the post tion from which he retired in 1976. Harriet Rankin Harriet Rankin, 72, of Williams Township, died Saturday in Mary Ellen Convalescent Home, Heller-town.

She was the wife of James J. Rankin. They were married 53 years last August. Born in Bangor, she was a daughter of the late John and Jane (Davis) Evans. She was a member of St.

John's Lutheran Church, Williams Township. Survivors: Husband; son, James R. at home; daughters, Brenda J. Cryer at home, and Beverly Fogel of Williams Township; sisters, Ruth Dech of Toms River, N.J., Jane Sitler of South Gate, and Florence Pawlowski of Long Beach, seven grandchildren and a great-grandson. In 1989, he was elected to the Lehigh Valley Football Hall of Fame and received the Distinguished Service Award from the Emmaus Lions Club for his role as educator, coach, administrator and mayor. Jr. of Staunton, and Richard of Emmaus; stepdaughter, Deborah J. Bieber of Newport, R.I.; and three grandchildren. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Third and Main streets, Emmaus.

Call p.m. Monday. Harvey L. Shireman Harvey L. Shireman, 81, of 698 Cherry Hill Road, Nazareth, died Friday in Easton Hospital.

He was the husband of Alice E. (Barthold) LaBarre Shireman and the late Bernice (Hoch) Shireman. He and his second wife were married 10 years. He was a custodian at Metropolitan Edison Forks Township, for 12 years before retiring in 1974. Before that he worked at the Snyder Miller Nazareth, for 25 years.

Born in Parryville, Carbon County, he was a son of the late Harvey and Lottie (Werner) Shire- -man. He was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Moorestown. Survivors: Wife; daughter, Joanne wife of Amos Gruber of Brooklyn, son, Richard H. of Bath; stepson, Daniel A. LaBarre of Nazareth; sister, Mrs.

He was a crane operator at Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 39 years before retiring. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Walter H. and Ellen (Williams) Schuyler. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua.

He was a Army veteran of World War II.
