Norman R. Farlow SALISBURY Army Staff Sgt. Norman Farlow Jr. participated in the recent military operations in Panama. The servicemcmber was sent with other U.S.

military personnel to the Central American country to assist in operation "Just Cause," which resulted in the ouster of Panamanian dictator, Manual Noriega. He is a platoon sergeant with the 504th Infantry Regiment at Fort Bragg, N.C. Farlow is the son of Ella M. Far-low of Flamingo Drive here.
