Hossbcrg. an honor graduate of the Peabody Conservatory, her accompanist. The recital was reminiscent of musicales of another day when famous hostesses enter- the drawing rooms of their hornet and music by Ihe masters including Bach, Schumann. and Tschaikovski was heard.

The music room of the Thomas home was filled, the spacious hallway and the smaller drawing room were filled lo capacity a e.vcryonn claimed il a beautiful afternoon of music and song. The artists themselves added to the elegance of the moment for both were charming appearing in jewel tone gowns of dusky pink and blue and both were attractive looking as well. Mrs. William M. Brish, president of Ihe Treble Clef Club, welcomed the members and guests and introduced Miss Moore, who cams to this country as a British war bride and began studying music at that limp.

A. Milne, a favorite i the singer; and as a grand finale, the spiritual, "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands," arranged by Hamilton Forresl and dedicated lo Marion Anderson. Through it all Miss Moore displayed a mellow, resonant, voice range which was al times breathtaking in its beauty.
